To get the planning process started, we provide an initial consultation to solely capture your thoughts, desires, and budget. We make available inspirations and concepts with your ideas in mind. Our wedding planning services by our lead planner, Tope O. starts at $1500 and our wedding planning services by our associate planner, Ms. Chic starts at $975.

Simplicity Package
This is for the couple who has planned every detail of their wedding, but wants to enjoy the wedding day experience and not worry about the fine details. This is the coordination package which Vintage Ivy Events will only manage the logistics of your wedding day so that you can sit back, leave the rest to us, and enjoy your wedding day. This package can be booked up to 6 months before the event date.
Getting Started:
• 2 hour initial consultation to discuss wedding ideas, which include: vision, style, and formality
• Expert advice regarding wedding etiquette
• Wedding monthly checklist
Planning your wedding:
• Limited telephone and unlimited email consultations
• My VIE – online collaborative wedding management tool (provides personalized login/access)
• Maintain vendor payment tracking sheet
• Vendor referrals
• Vendor management: 3 vendor selections, contract negotiation, and visitation to 2 vendors
• Personalized monthly checklist and email reminders to keep you on track
• Payment invoices from vendors
• Timely and consistent follow-up with all vendors on any changes in wedding plans or details
• Create ceremony and reception layouts
• Review two weeks before the wedding vendor contracts and discuss wedding details
• Phone meeting with all vendors two weeks before wedding to confirm wedding day arrangements
• Create wedding day time line for wedding party and vendors with addresses/or directions
• Assist with selection of guest favors & bridal attendant gifts

Rehearsal:

• Bridal Party and family responsibility checklist (provided if needed)
Wedding Day:
• Supervision of set-up & venue inspection
• Assist with setting of place cards, table settings, cake cutting items, guest book, and distribute favors for wedding
• Help to organize photographs after ceremony and during reception
• Distribute final vendor payments if needed
• Coordinate with all wedding vendors
• Follow through during wedding ceremony and reception based on time line
• Conflict resolution (trouble-shoot and manage all aspects of the wedding day)

For the couple who has planned some of the details of their wedding, but need assistance with the loose ends. This is the flair package which Vintage Ivy Events will provide assistance with some of the vendor referral and manage the logistics of your wedding so that you are not overwhelmed as the big day approaches.

• Expert advice regarding wedding etiquette
• Wedding monthly checklist
Planning your wedding:
• Unlimited telephone and email consultations
• My VIE – online collaborative wedding management tool (provides personalized login/access)
• Vendor management: partial vendor selection, contract negotiation, and visitation to 3 vendors
• Personalized monthly checklist and email reminders to keep you on track
• Payment invoices from vendors
• Maintain vendor payment tracking sheet
• Menu tasting and menu selection
• Timely and consistent follow-up with all vendors on any changes in wedding plans or details
• Attend couple’s fittings (maximum 2 salon visits – travel fees may apply)

For the couple who has a busy schedule and needs full assistance with planning the details of their wedding and creative ideas to bring the wedding together. This is the ultimate package which Vintage Ivy Events will provide full assistance without having you to do any of the work, but we do not prohibit you from participating in your wedding planning process. You can be as involved as you would like, you just have the option of leaving the planning completely to us.

Planning your wedding:
• Unlimited telephone and email consultations
