How Sweet it is for Vintage Ivy Events to create your sweet station at your next event!

Our Sweet Station can be a whimsical addition to your reception. It’s a great alternative to the traditional wedding favor and it’s more noticeable. Vintage Ivy Events has 3 options to your sweet station (Candy Buffet, Chocolate Fountain, or Dessert Bar). We design the station based on your theme, colors, and event type, while you WOW your guests with a memorable occasion!

In order to create your sweet station for your event, Vintage Ivy Events has 5 steps we follow, regardless of the service we will be providing.

Step One: Initial Consultation Questionnaire*
The initial consultation questionnaire is where we’ll learn more about you, your event, and your vision. We’ll also want to understand where the event is taken place, your desired color combination, and the number of guests you are having. You can always send us a list of preferred candies, photos of sweet stations you like or anything you have to help us bring your vision to life.

Step Two: The Proposal
We’ll create a custom proposal just for you that will list the types of sweets that will be displayed at your station. A phone meeting will be scheduled so that we can review the proposal with you and make adjustments based on your feedback.

Step Three: Contract Agreement and Deposit
Once the proposal and pricing is agreed upon, you will sign an agreement and provide a 55% non-refundable deposit, which will secure your event date and allow for us to begin planning the details of your sweet station.

Step Four: Finalize
40 days before your event, we will work with you to finalize the details. At that time you will approve the final design and details that we have created together. This will enable us to place the order for certain accessories needed for your sweet station. Final payment is required 30 days prior to your event date.

Step Five: Event day
On the event day, our design team will deliver the items agreed upon from the contract and setup your sweet station. We will also schedule to have our design team breakdown the event space based on the items we delivered.

*A note about consultations
We are available Monday-Thursday in order to accommodate our events, which typically occur on
the weekends. However, we will make every effort to be flexible to your schedule. Also, we collaborate with desired vendors to execute the full event look (lighting, linens, chairs, tableware, and backdrops).

A Candy Buffet is a buffet filled various types of candy. Instead of giving your guests a box of chocolate, why not give them a buffet area where they can choose the candy they like based on your event colors or theme. Why not, wow your guests with their favorite childhood candy!

· Small Buffet: 50-100 guests
(4-5 candies | 5-8 jars )

· Medium Buffet: 100-200 guests
(6-7 candies | 9-12 jars)

· Large Buffet: 200-300 guests
(8 candies | 13-15 jars)

Prices start at $3.50 per guest and up.*

Our candy buffet services includes:

· candy selection

· station design

· jars/vases

· candy scoops

· table linens based on color and theme of event

· decorative candy bags (cellophane bags & ties)

· station theme accessories

· candy delivery, station setup, and breakdown

*A buffet attendant may be requested at $15/hr.
*Upgraded bags and boxes are available at an additional charge depending on selection.

A Chocolate Fountain is a large, self-stirring fondue pot, that is ideal in leaving a lasting impression on your guests. They will delight in dipping their favorite treats in cascading chocolate, while being wowed by the event.

Types of treats we can provide: pretzels, rice crispy treats, sugar wafers, Oreo cookies, graham crackers, macaroons, strawberries, marshmallows, bananas, honey melon, cantaloupe and an attendant for 3 hours – starts at $500 (depends on number of guest)

Our chocolate fountain service includes:

· chocolate for fountain

· setup and breakdown

· 3 hours of flowing chocolate with station attendant

· skewers for dipping

· station design and theme accessories

· assisting your guests with the use of the fountain

· dipping treat selection (3 to 6 choices per event)

· table linens based on color and theme of event
